MORNING DEVOTION AND PRAYER.....

Image
Morning Devotional by  Dr. Carl G. Chewning Invisible Wounds He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds. [Psalm 147:3] Wounds are no longer visible to others when they heal. However, the memories and emotions remain. Without knowing, our words can sting vulnerable spots where wounds have previously healed. We should always try hard to be mindful and encouraging. In other words, master the art of exhortation. Encourage others today, and remember that God heals your wounds if you so accept.   Enduring Love Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good; his love endures forever. [Psalm 118:1] We all have gone through lost or broken relationships. Those experiences may sometimes make us feel that there's no hope for a long-lasting enduring love in this world. As hard as it may seem to imagine especially when we're so focused on our earthly relationships, just remember that God does love you unconditionally. Don't give up on hope in love and have fait

I have known this great truth in my head for many years. However, my heart is fickle and tends to chase after other gods. Only as Your Spirit helps me can I grasp the awesomeness of Your Presence with me forever. Beloved, trust Me to do in you what you could never do for yourself. I am indeed with you—watching over you wherever you are, wherever you go. Simply accept My Presence with you as reality: the deepest Reality. Build your life on this absolute truth, which is like building your house on a rock. Your heart and mind will wander away from Me, but My Spirit within can remind you to return. Ask the Holy Spirit to help you
