American entertainment channel does not know Olamide

In an embarrassing tweet, BET tweets the wrong picture of Olamide on his birthday. Today, Wednesday, March 15, 2017 is the birthday of Nigerian rapper Olamide. The YBNL Baddo has received a ton of greetings from everyone today. American entertainment channel BET also decided to send their warm greetings to the top Nigerian rapper. The only problem was that their birthday shout out was totally wrong. BET tweeted a birthday message to Olamide but the accompanying photo was not Olamide. It was a black man playing a guitar on stage. How embarassing. As expected the YBNL nation trolled BET for the humiliating mistake. Nigerians blasted them for not knowing who Olamide is. Nollywood actress Mercy Johnson Okojie, has just been appointed as the Senior Special Assistant to the Kogi State Government on Entertainment, Arts and Culture. The movie star has also acknowledged the privilege on her Instagram page today, March 15, 2017. According to her, she would use the experience she had gathered over the years to serve the state. She wrote, "I am gratified with the official notification reaching me on my Appointment as the Senior Special Assistant (SSA) to the Governor of Kogi State on Entertainment , Arts and Culture. I am humbled, as I duly acknowledge this attending responsibility to serve my great state with the modest experience I have gathered over the years. With depth of gratitude, I want to thank the Governor of Kogi State; His Excellency, Alhaji Yahaya Bello and his wife, the first lady of Kogi state Her Excellency Mrs Rashida Bello for this unparallel opportunity to serve.
