Seun Kuti calls for resistance against bad governance

Afro-beat singer, Seun Kuti, and leader of his late father’s Egypt 80’Band, has called on his fans and patriotic Nigerians to rise up against bad governance and corrupt leadership in Nigeria.
In condemnation of the present government, the revolutionary singer encouraged Nigerians to be the change they have been advocating. In a statement made on his social media page, he advised Nigerians to desist from following corrupt orders from corrupt leaders as it may eventually result to shooting one’s self in the foot. According to Seun, Nigerians ought to organize themselves and resist any form of corruption and bad governance.

“If you follow corrupt orders because you don’t want to lose your job, you should be ashamed of yourself. While you carry out that order to protect your job, it has led or will lead to the direct death of thousands of people, millions even. You and your loved ones might be among, resist! Let’s all connect and organize, join me abeg ”, he wrote.
